Food cannot be customized as per Individuals Request, Food is prepared as per MTR Standards.
If you need items in a particular sequence, let the server know. If no instructions are given we send what is readily available in the Kitchen.
Use Qr Code to scan Menu and place order from Mobile. Turn on the location in case order fails at submit.
Using Qr Code from Mobile you can also punch in for assistance at table. This is in case your wave to server got unnoticed.
Our Any Dosa cooking time is minimum 20 minutes , Dosa will be prepared in the sequence it is received in kitchen.
20 Min is our Min wait time after an order is punched in by the server, each time.
Our meals are served in a traditional way person by person. This is time consuming process. We Follow first in First Server. Min wait time peak hours 30 minutes.
We request you to give enough space for the servers between chairs to serve. If the server finds not enough space, they would ask you to move the chairs little or request for table change. This arrangement is only to make your experience pleasant and avoid spills of food.
Please call the server and notify them, they will check with the kitchen and give you an update.
Please be polite with our staff. MTR have the right to refuse service to anyone for various reasons, including disruptive behavior
Extras are chargeable. This is to control our wastage and plan our production. Also all our dishes are rich and fresh ingredients, we do not compromise on quality.
To pay for the dish that is served to the table. No exceptions, as we have to pay our bills and running cost too.
Take out orders cannot be unpacked and had in restaurant. Please plan ahead ,if you wish to dine in or take out.
MTR1924 prohibits bringing outside food and drinks, including celebratory cakes and fast food.
Strollers are not permitted in the dining.
Keep the floor dry, No bath allowed on floor. Only use the sink.
NO Split By Item, We can split equally between parties only. Maximum 4 Splits only for a group of guests.
We love kids, All we ask the parents is to Remove your kids shoes, if they are stepping on our Couch. No coloring jumping allowed.
Please keep your kids seated beside you.Do not let them roam around, Just like you others are around to enjoy their visit @MTR.
